It's no secret

There is no secret to fitness.  It's two parts form, one part functional movement and a whole heap of hard work.  The secret is when you combine these elements the right way, with the right people it's super fun.  Not my belly hurts from laughing fun, but my belly is sore from knees-to-elbows, skin the cats and L-sits fun.
