Each person has there own reason for why they CrossFit. Some do it to improve in their sport, some for rehab, prehab or strength. Many do it just for fun, for a daily challenge or for mental fortitude. I hear things from CrossFitters like "I never thought I would be able to ______." or "I've lost ____ pounds, feel better and sleep better". I have witnessed people regain lost mobility and decrease or eliminate chronic pains. I have seen this in lower back pain and shoulder issues. It happens. So why should you start CrossFit?
