I had a great weekend at the Basic Barbell Certification at Front Range CrossFit. Thanks to Mark Rippetoe, staff and everyone at FRCF. I learned a ton of information and have a new bag of tools to help implement in CrossFit programing. We spent the weekend on the basic barbell lifts, Backsquat, Deadlift, Press, Powerclean and Bench Press. So chalk up, let's go!
