Then carry 150 lbs 400 meters anyhow, anyway, for time.

Carry 75 lbs pound twice, 50 lbs three time, work as a team or not. Use a barbell, a dumbell, a kettlebell…. Whatever.

 

Then max rep jumping pull-ups in 90 seconds.

 

Katie carried Kaelie, Kaelie carried Konnie and Konnie carried Katie.
