Knees to Elbows

Wall Squats

Pistols (R/L)

Strength:

7x1 Weighted Pull Ups

WOD:

"Reindeer Races:

Sled Drag Short Loop (45lbs)

50 Double Unders

50 Box Jumps

50 Walking Overhead Lunges (45lbs/25lbs)

You will be split into two teams.  Both Teams start at the sled drag.  Upon completion of the short loop, those members move onto the double unders, while the next members in line start their loops.  Each team continues through until all members have completed their walking overhead lunges.
