Strong people are harder to...

Tina and I attended a seminar this weekend hosted by One80 Physcial Therapy and Loveland CrossFit.  Dr Rhett Polka presented his views on flexability vs MoStreBility Throughout the entire kinetic matrix.  Super informative and we have incorporated some of the warm-up directions Rhett suggested.  Do we still stretch, sometimes but we want to maintain strength and stability throughout a joints entire range of motion.

10-1 Ring Rows or Pull-ups

1-10 Clean and Jerk
