The unknown and unknowable...

We had a great open house.  A big thanks to all those who stopped by, worked out and had fun.  Thanks also to the Eaton Fire Deparment for showing up.  We love to see first responders!  CrossFit helps develop GPP (General Physical Prepardeness).  GPP prepares you for any physical activity you have to perform.  Whether this is picking up a penny you dropped or pulling your partner from a falling structure.  CrossFit is the most effective way to build GPP and prepare you for the unknown and unknowable.  GPP is also the base to which one can build elite sport specific capacity for football, volleyball, track, baseball or water skiing.  A large GPP can mean the difference between life and death.  We beleive this strongly and is one reason we are so passionate about our training methods.
