Yesterday, we discussed Respiratory/Cardiovascular Endurance and it's relation to metabolic conditioning, otherwise known as stamina. To review, the technical definintion of stamina is the ability of the body systems to process, deliver, store and utilize energy. That's a great definition, but what is it really? How about one's ability to work hard for a long period of time. Simple, right? "Working hard" is another discussion all together. We'll save that one for another day...
Team Workout-One partner is working, while the other rests. 4 minutes per exercise for the following exercises: Sit ups, Push ups, Squats, Pull ups and wall ball. Team with the highest rep count wins. Results posted tomorrow.
