Loving the Row

Rowing for me is like taking medicine;  or more like fish oils for Christina, she knows it's good for her,  even great for her, it's just hard to choke down sometimes.   Today's WOD:

Row 1 minute

Row 2 minutes

Row 3 minutes

Combine the distance rowed for that 6 minutes and row it for time
