In or out of the gym, it's important to have balance. Physically speaking, balance is the ability to control the placement of the bodies center of gravity in relation to its support base. Something as simple as wall squats can expose any number of weaknesses in even the most conditioned athlete. Consider balance in other areas too. Maybe it will keep you from falling on your butt....
