Strength is the ability of your muscles to apply force. It's often confused with power, which we'll talk about about soon. It can be broken down into different kinds, (ie. absolute strength, explosive, mental, etc...), but what it comes down to is the ability of your muscles to apply force.
We build strength here by loading you up with moderate to heavy weight and asking you to move it.
50 Thrusters+ 4 burpess on the minute, every minute. Start the WOD with burpees. Men use 135, women 65. If you are considering competing in the Battle Ready Games at the end of the month, scale up to 75 thrusters.
