Got Skills?

Skill development is learning how to perform the movements we use in the WODs and you use in everyday life.  Practice makes perfect.  Some skills take longer than others.  For instance,  the squat can take a week, the kipping pull-up two months and the snatch can take 43 years to master.  We spend time developing these movements everyday.  Learning how to do all the movements properly leads to increased work efficiency, not only in the gym but in the real word.  Of course if you are Hillary everthing only takes once to master.  She master the kipping pull-up in one day and the butterfly in 2 minutes.  Nice job Hillary!  I like to think it's the coaching....
