Today is a great day!  It's a great day cause we get to do some serious work and there are very few movements like the thruster and burpees to test your capacity!  Load x Distance = Good times!!

Warm up with:

50 pulls on the rower

WOD:

100 Thrusters (95/65)

5 Burpees at the start and 5 burpees on the minute, every minute until you've completed your thrusters
