Row 500m

5 handstand pushups

10 pistols

15 pull ups


Deadlift 5x3


Teams of 2-

500m Row/Box Jumps


500m Row/ Sumo Deadlift High Pull

While 1 partner rows 500m, the other partner does as many box jumps as possible, then switch.  Use this format to complete the WOD.   At the end, the total number of reps will be tallied and a multiplier will be used to determine the final score.
