Resting is every bit as important as working hard and fueling your body right.  Make sure you're getting enough sleep and taking rest days so that your body can recover!

WOD:

-Partner 1 rows 500m, while Partner 2 does double unders

-Partner 2 rows 500m, while Partner 2 does doubles unders

-Partner 1 rows 500m, while Partner 2 does sit ups

-Partner 2 rows 500m, while Partner 1 does sit ups

-Partner 1 rows 500m, while Partner 2 does hand release push ups

-Partner 2 rows 500m, while Partner 1 does hand release push ups

*Keep track of your reps.  The most amount of work in the least amount of time wins!
