Games Reminder

Just a reminder that the 2011 Crossfit Games start in February.  Our goal is to have everyone in the gym compete this year!  It's a challenge for sure, but no more of a challenege than what we do every day.  It's a great experience and most of all, it's fun, in a sick crossit kind of way!
