The first WOD comes out tomorrow.  We're all pumped, ready to throw down and we're all ready for anything,anytime right?!  Right, but since we know competetion is imminent, we're going to make sure we're somewhat fresh this week.  No worries, if you're competing, make sure we know and we'll scale you accordingly.
