When you start right, things tend to happen so much easier.  Jeff makes his front squats look easy because number 1, he's an animal, number 2, his feet are right, his back is strong and slighty extended, the bar is racked high, his elbows are up and his head is neutral.  Keep up the good work Jeff!!
