I want to thank all the crossfitters at Eaton Crossfit. You all were very helpful in making me believe in myself this last week. I really didn't think that I would be able to lift the 165 lbs. and stay in the crossfit games. With all the words of encouragement and positive energy that you all gave me. How could I fail? Thank you to all the trainers who put in the extra time to help me reach my goal, and thank you to Tiny for giving up a nap to come and cheer me on.
PS. Thanks to T for coming and doing cleans. Not cleaning.
