It's hhhhhot!



Hottest day of the summer yet and what do we do? We workout OUTSIDE!  The 4pm class caught the hottest wod, by 5:00 the clouds came in.  We're getting some good running and rowing in this week.  Remember to focus on good technique!  Today's wod is a team row:
