Classic Strength

Christina and I played golf yesterday at Bommerang with John and Stef.  Christina suggested max rep Golf Cart dead lifts for every shank, but I reminded her that we needed to make it home sometime before dark.  Though I'd like to tell you it would be because we'd rock the deads, I assure you it would've been the volume of shanks that would have kept us!  A reminder though to get out and play.  Golf, biking, hiking, swimming, whatever... Summer's almost over!
