With great skillz....

Bridgette showing her skills on push press...  We also had some good Muscle-Up work today and had two first Muscle-Ups.  Nice job Josh and Lee!  Nathan did more Muscle-Ups in todays workout then he has with all previous combined!

10 jumping lunges
10 db split jerk right hand (35/20)
10 walking lunges
 

Back knee should kiss the ground on the split jerks and on the lunges.
