No time?

Come on Summer!!!

One of the main complaints we hear with regard to eating well is, "I just don't have the time to eat healthy."  I hear you.  Been there.  Here's the thing though; with a little bit of forethought and about an hour, once a week, you can get a pretty get jump on eating right.  Christina and I are as busy as they come, but this weekend, we went shopping and after we got home, we cooked up four meals for the week.  Not only are we going to eat what we should be eating, but we're gonna save a load of money NOT eating out.  On the menu:

Pesto Spaghetti Squash with Chicken and Italain Turkey Sausage

Rosemasy Chicken and Salad

Taco Salad

Cajun Chicken Thighs and Steamed Veggies

Umm, Umm Good for the belly and body...
