Why wouldn't he being doing KB Snatches in the living room with a gallon of OJ and his t-shirt on his head?  (* Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to rotate!)

Strength:

3 Rounds:
Deadlift 6-8 Reps (1010)
Ring Dip 12-15 Reps (20x0)
* Rest 90 seconds between rounds

WOD:

3 Rounds:  2 Min AMRAP

12 Deads (155/105)

9 Hang Power Clean (155/105)

6 Push Jerk (155/105)

*Rest 2 Minutes between rounds and start each round where you left off the previous round
