1 Down, 4 to Go...

What a a way to start the 2012 Crossfit Open!  The energy in the gym was so cool.  It was especially motivating to see how proud Lee was of Tonia after the Games WOD and to see how proud Tonia was of herself!    It's contagious you guys!  Keep it up.  We have another big week, with a big ol' surprise of a WOD on Thursday!
