Every Monday, the question comes up, "What do you think there gonna do this week?" My guess is is good as yours, but if I had to make a guess, I would say that we'll likely see pull ups in the next two weeks. Here's an awesome video by Chris Spealler on the butterfly. It saves a ton of energy over long workouts and allows you to get alot of work done in as little time possible.

On the first minute, do 10 double unders, then as many sit ups as possible in the remaining time
On the second minute, do 20 double unders, then as many sit ups as possible in the remaining time
On the third, 30, etc...
