Back and Recharged

Schaffer's and Contreras' are back from vacation, where idle time meant plenty of opportunity to think of new and creative ways to get you ready for Summer!  Thanks so much to Tina, Jeff and Becca for holding down the fort while we were gone.  You guys are awesome and it's my understanding that some of you, Bruce, thought we should just stay on vacation!  Ha!  Just kidding.  In all seriousness though, we missed you guys!  Christina and I were fortunate enough to be able to work out with both Crossfit Kings Point in Orlando and Crossfit Ormond Beach in Ormond Beach (go figure).  Thanks Michael, Lyndsey and MK for making us feel welcome and for kicking our butts a little!
