Get Out!

Summer's in full swing, so get out and enjoy this weather while we have it.  Hike, bike, run, camp, fish, find something to compete at!  

Here's a little inspiration for you.  While we were out at the Games this year, we had the privledge of watching 2 wounded warrior workouts.  The first was "Fran".  Each one of these guys was injured serving our country.  There are a couple of amputees and you can't see the guy in the very back, but he was in a wheel chair.  He does one arm thrusters, while holding onto the rack, then crushes the pull ups.  If you need a little something, here you go.
