In teams of 2, complete the following work:

800m Run or 150 Double Unders 
50 back ext or rev hyper 
50 GHD sit ups 
25 banded good mornings 
25 V-ups 
800m Run or 150 Double Unders 
 
Each team must do the 
run or double unders  
together.  Then, only one 
person can work at a  
time.  The work between  
runs/doubles can be done  
in any order, but you must  
complete one movement 
before moving onto the 
next.  As always, scale  
as neccesary.
