Hi everyone!  Don't forget that this weekend, Coach Mel will be leading a Nutrition Seminar right after the Saturday WOD.  Start time for the seminar will be 9:30am and it costs $10.  She will be covering Paleo and Zone amongst a number of other cool things like grocery lists, snack ideas, etc...  It's just in time because beginning in October, we will be starting an 8 week diet challenge.  Ask one of your coaches for some more information.
