Strength: 3x5 back squats 30x0 @ 60%

Partner Wod:

partner 1:  plate farmers carry short loop

partner 2:  row for cals. until partner gets back, then switch

partner 1: med ball carry medium loop

partner 2: row for cals until partner gets back, then switch

partner 1:  sand bag carry long loop

partner 2:  row, then switch

both finish with 50 med ball sit up passes

*score is total calories rowed and time
