Happy August everyone!  We’re starting a new 6 week programming cycle today.   We’ll continue to work on everything, but our focus will be to add strength in general and improve our technique with regard to the Olympic lifts.  Don't worry your pretty little heads though, we wouldn't dare let all that running practice you've been doing go to waste!  You may even see some water a couple times!

**DON'T FORGET THAT THE 6:30PM CLASS IS FREE IN AUGUST FOR ALL NEW MEMBERS, SO INVITE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES TO TRY US OUT!
