Good morning CFE'ers!  Time to recover a little and what better way to do that then to get out and move.  The task for the day is a 3 mile run, give or take. 

  • Run to the track and complete four laps
  • Depart the track westbound on 1st street and follow it as it bends north to Third Street
  • Hang a right on Third Street to Elm
  • Hang another right on Elm to 1st
  • Right on first to the gym

If you're nursing a foot injury or are otherwise averse to running, you can row for thirty minutes instead.
