Great week everyone!  We've noticed that some of us aren't spending the time on warm up that we should.  It's important.  I won' t beat you up too bad, but I will say that your coaches put together warm ups that get your body ready to work on the specific movements we're doing that day.   Take it from me, if you don't spend adequate time warming up, your body may tolerate it for a while, but eventually it will break! Thanks everyone!  Our first goal is to keep you healthy!
