11/1/17 - Did you say Yoga or Yoda?

Welcome to November CFE!  We are  winding down the current programming cycle, but winding up a big finish to the year!  Beginning  Friday, yes this Friday, the 3rd of November, we are introducing our first Yoga Class!  The class will be led by Mrs. Vicki Graber, an experienced Yoga instructor that will help us with our mobility, flexibility, breathing, core strength, mental focus and something we could all use...RELAXATION! The class will be every Friday from 4:00-5:00PM and is free to all the unlimited monthly memberships. Punch cards can use a punch, and non-members will pay the drop in rate.
