Life Savers

Friday night was a bit awkward at times but we are all a little closer now!  Red team redeemed themselves with the WIN!  Thanks to all that participated and to all that showed up to celebrate the end of our inter-gym competition.  John did a great job setting it up!

What's next you might ask?  What will we do with our Friday nights???  Never fear...we've got plans for you!  Contreras are cooking up a very special STRENGTH TRAINING CYCLE that will begin in a couple of weeks and it is going to be great!  In the mean time...let's get to work!
