If you've been in the gym this week, you noticed the nice air conditioning!  We also did some painting and we are working on getting up the peg boards that Matt got us!  Thank you Matt!  We also want to thank everyone for supporting CrossFit Eaton,  you guys are the reason we're able to get nice things like A.C., assault bikes, new equipment... It's suppose to get hot, so we will all appreciate that A.C.!

40 walking lunges

30 GHD sit ups

20 burpee pull ups

10 ring dips
