Fast folks try to finish in 10 minutes or less. The rest of us need to try and finish under 15 and it's capped at 18. The first height of box jumps should allow for reps to be done very fast and rebounding consistently should not be a problem. The second set of jumps will be a slower pace and the third should allow for consistency, but still challenge you.
*Don't worry! As always, there's a scale just for you if the box height looks scary!
