Overhead Walking Lunges and Shoulder to Overhead Prep

 

Workout:  As teams of 3, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 min:

10m Overhead Walking Lunges (135/95)

10Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

10m Handstand Walk

*One partner moves, while the other two rest

INTENDED STIMULUS

Interval work with overhead stimulus.

 

Accessory Work

1. 2-3 Rounds not for time: 

20sec/20sec Single Leg Sorenson Hold

20sec/20sec Star Plank (scale to a side plank if needed)

INTENDED STIMULUS

Provide a stimulus to the posterior chain and trunk
