Battle of the Classes 4-week competition starts next Monday! Get signed up on the white board at the gym. Sign up for the class that you usually attend. Every time you attend, you earn your team a point, even if you attend a class at a different time. Yoga and Saturday WODS are included! Everything will be based on percentages so it doesn't matter the size of the class, it's based on the best attendance percentages! Help our coaches to remember to get attendance entered for each class and make sure your name gets on the white board after the wod, those are what I'll pull from. The winning class will get to enjoy food and drinks supplied by the losing classes for our CrossFit Open Kick-Off February 23rd. Here are our 4 teams: 5:30am Early Birds, 8:30am Parent Trap, 4:00pm Old Farts and 5:15pm MisFits. This is gonna be fun, let the trash talking commence...(the 5:30am class already started)!  Get signed up and go TEAM!

Every 2 minutes for 8 sets:

10 Thrusters (95/65)

10 Bar Facing Burpees

INTENDED STIMULUS

Interval training with a short rest.  Go hard, but maintain pace through intervals with no less than 15-30 seconds of rest each round.
