Today is a great day to practice technique and efficiency of moderate load clean and jerks as well as handstand push-ups. Do small sets at a time until all the reps are accumulated. All teams should strive to complete the workout in under 15 minutes, but we will utilize a cap of 20 minutes.
1. Lower Leg Barbell Smash (90 seconds)
2. Banded Shoulder Stretch (60 seconds)
