Conditioning

For time:

20 L-pull-ups

30 Ring dips

40 Toes to bar

50 Burpees

60 Kettlebell swings (24kg/16kg)

70/50cal SkiErg

*Use an air bike or rower as needed.

INTENDED STIMULUS

This workout should take most less than 25:00 to complete. Decrease the volume of reps as needed to keep the athlete moving consistently and avoiding more than 2 failed efforts on the L-pull-ups, ring dips, and toes to bar. A sample cut off timeline is as follows: L-pull-ups (Done by 2:30) Ring Dips (Done by 5:30) Toes to bar (Done by 9:30 Burpees (Done by 15:00) Swings Done by (19:00) Ski/Bike/Row (Done by 25:00)
