Lifting Skill Work

Every 2:30 for 5 sets

1 Clean pull + 1 clean 1 Clean pull + 1 clean

*Do one clean pull, drop the bar, do 1 clean, drop the bar, do one clean pull, drop the bar, do 1 clean. This is one set.

*Leaderboard only heaviest set.

Notes: This a complex that is intended to be used as a skill builder as well as to be lifted for heavy loads. Keep technique sound throughout all reps.

For time:

21-15-9 Deadlift (225lbs/155lbs)

Front squat (135lbs/95lbs)

Intended Stimulus

This workout will challenge the trunk as well as the entire lower body. The loads are moderate but the interference of each movement will make the loading very challenging.

Option 1

21-15-9

Deadlift (185lbs/125lbs)

Front squat (115lbs/75lbs)

Option 2

15-12-9 Deadlift (155lbs/105lbs)

Front squat (85lbs/55lbs)

*Use moderate loads for the athlete on each movement. Light loads are preferred over heavier loads.
