WOD: 

Complete as many rounds as possible in 7 minutes:

6 Handstand Push-up

25ft Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge (50lbs/35lbs)

9 Handstand Push-ups

25ft Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge (50lbs/35lbs)

12 Handstand Push-ups

25ft Dumbbell Front Rack Walking Lunge (50lbs/35lbs)

....continue in this fashion until time expires

 

INTENDED STIMULUS Shoulder and tricep stamina while fatigued. Single leg strength and stability.
