Build to a heavy but not maximal set for 3 reps in 10 minutes

20 Deadlift (185lbs/125lbs)

20 Box Jump Overs (24"/20")

INTENDED STIMULUS This is a very hip extension redundant workout that will tax the posterior chain. Faster athletes will finish this workout in under 4-5 minutes and no one should exceed 10 minutes.
