INTENDED STIMULUS Today is a heavy conditioning workout that is combining opposing movement functions. The Clean and Jerk weight is heavy but the first 9 reps should not take longer than 90-120 seconds to perform. Faster athletes will finish in under 7 minutes and all athlete should finish in under 10-12 minutes.
