Skill: Pull-up's, Push Press

WOD #1:

 Every 2 minutes for 5 sets (10:00)

3 Push Press 

INTENDED STIMULUS
Hip mediated overhead pressing strength session. Attempt to build up in load across all 5 sets so that the last 2-3 sets are very challenging. 
 

WOD #2:

3 rounds
10 Push Press (135/95)
15 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
30/21 Cal Air Bike or Row
