Small classes yesterday, you'd think it was like spring break or something?! Speaking of, our awesome Yoga instructor is gone this week also, so we will not have Yoga this Friday (3/30), but we will have open gym at 5:15pm. For those of us left at home, here's our fun workout for today:

10 rounds for time (yes 10 rounds, that's not a typo)

5 burpee box jumps

10 pull-ups
