Skill: Deadlift Progression 


For time: 
Deadlift (315lbs/205lbs)
Box jump (30'/24')

This is a short and very heavy conditioning workout where all rounds may need to be broken up 4-5 times on the deadlifts. Faster times can be under 5:00 and no one should go beyond 10:00. Ensure sound mechanics on the deadlift. If rounding of the back or significant deviation from sound mechanics enforce a mandatory reduction in load.
