1:00 Wall ball (20lbs/14lbs)

1:00 Sumo deadlift high pull (75lbs/55lbs)

1:00 Box jump (20")

1:00 Push press (75lbs/55lbs)

1:00 Row for calories

1:00 Rest

*Wall ball is a 10 foot target.

**Box jump is 20" for all.

INTENDED STIMULUS AND WORKOUT OPTIONS

This is a classic benchmark tester that is intended to be a light load with a high volume of reps. Workout Options: The intended stimulus is to be light and high rep but it is ok for today to use the rx'd load even if the weights are challenging. If you cannot do more than 5 reps unbroken with any of the movements the load should be reduced. If you are not able to jump on a 20" box, perform step-ups or decrease the height of the box. If you decrease the load on the sumo deadlift high pull, be cautious of the lowering phase and ensure a safe starting position for the pull.
